2"patch. These patches were awarded to those scouts who had completed the training course back in the 40's, 50's and 60's. Now a collector item.The program was replaced with "National Youth Leadership Training". We no longer produce these patches and they are in limited quantity. We  will carry them until our stock runs out. There is also an accompanying "STAFF" patch,  see H-286
